7 Innings Softball Academy offers coaches and organizations a mentorship program for coaches who are looking to thrive, and develop into a more confident coach. We tailor our approach after a conversation, and what works better for the organization. We meet coaches on the field to run drills, and we break down fundamental basic drills for defense and offense.
7 Innings provides a 3 step approach to the mentorship starting with understanding and building upon your coaching philosophy. We then instruct practice with your team(s) while coaches observe. After meeting, we develop the 2nd and 3rd step together allowing you to build upon your practice plans.
On-field Coach development
Unlock your coaching potential with our on-field development program. At 7 Innings Softball Academy, our mission is clear: empower local and select team coaches with their on-field skills. Our unique 3-step approach begins with a personalized practice session led by expert coaches, followed by a 4 session practice plan and feedback to help coaches refine their techniques.

Our mentorship program is geared toward new coaches looking for ways to build their coaching resume. Not only do we provide guidance in your journey as a coach, but we assist with your mission statement, coaching philosophy and team structure including management and culture.
